Yes. Without an account you can only browse events and venues.
Download the XS World app and enter your phone number. We’ll send a 4-digit PIN via SMS to verify. Then add your email, full name, and date of birth. You can also verify with WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Apple, or Google.
You must be of legal drinking age in your region. RSA guidelines apply and venues can refuse service due to intoxication.

When you’re within proximity (about a few hundred meters) of an event or venue, you can check in and see others who are also checked in.
No. You can also check into participating venues to see who’s out.
Yes. Turn on Incognito Mode to browse and order without being visible.

Scan the table’s QR code in the XS World app and order. For prepaid tables, payment is taken at checkout; for post-paid tables (if offered by the venue), you’ll be charged by staff after service.
Yes. Anyone with the XS World app can scan the table QR and place their own orders to that table (if enabled by the venue).

We provide tablets, stands, chargers/extension cables, SIM (if required), dashboard access, and optionally a thermal printer.
Each tablet is configured via MDM for remote updates and assigned unique login credentials.
The printer connects to the tablet via Bluetooth. In the app, enable Printing if you want auto-print on order acceptance.
Ask them to show their order screen and order number. If ready, serve as usual.
Store safely. If uncollected by close, follow venue policy and mark as picked up on the tablet.
Orders appear on the bar tablet → accept and set a timer → prepare items → mark Ready → confirm pickup when the code is shown.

Daily close reports show revenue and product counts. Reports are auto-emailed to managers and available in the dashboard.

Payments are processed by Stripe and settled to your bank (typically T+2 business days). XS World doesn’t hold venue funds.
Assign the number of staff working from a tablet. Each staff member gets a color tag to avoid duplicates and clarify order ownership.
Enable/disable receipt printing. If disabled, orders skip the print step.
Food and drink orders can be routed to separate tablets (e.g., bar vs. kitchen). Each receives only its relevant orders.
Upload a ticket batch and price in the dashboard. At the door, staff validate by entering a PIN on the customer’s device.
Configure booth quantity, pricing, descriptions, and images. Optionally attach a bottle menu for guests to pre-select.
